Everybody was excellent, as usual.

I have been a patient at Whiteley Dental Practice for many years and have always been highly satisfied with my treatment there. Most times I only have check ups and a scale and polish and that was the case yesterday but in the the last few years I have needed an extraction and a filling and was highly satisfied with both and I particularly like my current dentist there. On the last two visits I arrived early for my appointment and was seen straight away and I have always been treated with courtesy by all of the staff there.

All my other Hygienist appointments at Whiteley have not been a good experience. Therefore I was nervous about my recent one BUT Emily was superb. She listened and you could tell she was really getting a good job done without being over rough (like previous Dental Hygienists'). I asked Emily if she was a new member of the Whiteley team sadly she is a Locum. I do hope Whiteley Dental Practice take her on she would be a massive asset. I have very sensitive teeth she has restored my faith in attending appointments. Well done Emily and thank you.

I have had an ongoing saga with a jaw infection for a number of years, Ionut is by far the best and most experienced dentist I have ever had, he is a credit to the practice. Cares about the patient and knows in detail all practices and explains well

The Hygienist made me feel comfortable during my treatment and every thing was clearly explained too. After I was given advice on after care with my teeth.

Jenny was really kind and was able to diagnose my toothache very quickly and then provide suitable treatment for it. She also offered further treatment I could do aside to the antibiotics.
